Villa Magnifique

A sculpted stone wall, olive courtyards and a central pool.

Located in Kalaa Kebira, Villa Magnifique provides 386 sqm for a family programme including reception areas, a suite, two bedrooms, a hammam and a cinema room. The plan is structured as a sequence of white volumes, planted courtyards and covered thresholds, balancing privacy, daylight and direct access to the pool.

The main architectural gesture is a honed-stone feature wall combined with a sculptural staircase and integrated calligraphy. Deep arches frame views across the house, while slatted pergolas filter direct sunlight and extend the interior living spaces towards the terraces.

Mineral render, honed stone and light oak create a consistently matte material palette, allowing texture to remain more visible than sheen. Olive-planted courtyards bring daylight and spatial relief into the centre of the plan. Movement through the house is gradual, progressing from the mineral entrance sequence to the shared living areas, then towards the more private rooms and leisure spaces.
