A double-height arch organizes daylight, circulation and the main façade.

ocated in Tunis, Villa EDENA accommodates 411 sqm of family living space on a 513 sqm plot while maintaining landscaped circulation around the building. The architecture combines rectilinear volumes with large arched openings that define entrances, frame views and introduce vertical scale.

A double-height arched window forms the central architectural gesture. It exposes the staircase to the garden, brings daylight into the centre of the plan and creates a clear visual reference across both floors. At the entrance, a natural oak screen is set between travertine-clad vertical elements.

The living and dining areas open directly onto the pool terrace through full-height glazing. A timber pergola filters direct sunlight, while a water curtain defines the edge of the covered outdoor space. Cream render, travertine, natural oak and brushed metal establish a consistent material palette across the façades, circulation areas and landscaped exterior.
